All Property purchased must be paid for no later than 5 pm EST on the seventh business day following the sale. Ashcroft and Moore LLC may impose, and the Buyer agrees to pay, a monthly interest charge of 1.5% of the purchase price of any Property not paid by the Buyer within thirty (30) days of the date of sale. AM reserves the right to rescind any sale of Property in the event payment is not received within thirty (30) days of sale.
